PnP Consulting was incorporated in 2002 and since 19 years we have been delivering success. PnP Consulting offers a complete suite of services in terms of cross-border compliance with respect to Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).
PnP Consulting has offices in Singapore and Dubai. Over these 19 years PnP has established a reputation by rendering knowledge based services to its clients both in India and overseas.

P V R Rajendra Prasad
Managing Director
PnP Consulting is headed by Mr. PVR Rajendra Prasad, He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having 35 years of professional experience in dealing with Forex Regulatory issues in India.
Mr Prasad also serves on the Board of JPR Capital, SEBI registered Category - I Merchant Banker, which is the investment banking arm of PnP.
Sreenivas Adusumilli

Mr. Sreenivas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 25 years of Professional experience in the area of Audit, International Taxation, Regulatory Compliance under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 in the areas of Foreign Investments into India and Direct Investments outside India by Indian entities. He has conducted compliance verification under exchange control regulations for various cross border merges and acquisitions.
Jayasimha P
Advisor
Jay brings with him the experience of working with Investment banks and global corporate with respect to mergers and acquisitions, IPO, structured finance deals. He specializes in SME Financing and issue management advisory. Mr. Jayasimha acquired his Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) degree from Singapore Management University with Magna Cum Laude (Higher Distinction). He has been a part of the prestigious Dean’s List at the University for two consecutive years
